Customer service role for Slovak speaker in Cluj

Their aim is always to be best and they have been very successful so far! They now have a position available as a Slovak Customer Service Representative in their Romanian headquarters.

Role: As part of their EMEA customer service team you will be responsible for managing their new and existing customers in Romania. This role will involve email contact and phone support. Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for the following; working on client projects executing and revising their plans, supporting clients via email and telephone on general and technical queries, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and trying to extend or renew contracts where possible.

Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent Slovak and English. In addition you will possess good customer service orientation, written/email skills, good knowledge of working with computers and database. It is also beneficial to have experience within a technical environment. In addition strong customer relation skills are essential to be a success in this role. Our client demands that the successful candidate shall possess a degree of flexibility in this role.
