Site Agent

A North London based construction company are currently seeking a Site Agent to join their team, initially on a project in the south west of London.

The successful Site Agent will be responsible for the construction of 14 apartments, with RC frame. The Site Agent will be involved in ensuring all subcontractors and labour on site is carried out to the required standards, within the time frames set out. The Site Agent will be involved from initial groundworks through to fit out and completion.

To be considered for this role, it is essential the Site Agent has a number of years solid experience in a managerial role, preferably with a recognised contractor/residential developer. It is also important a solid knowledge of RC frame construction is held, along with a CSCS Managers Card, 5 day SMSTS, and recognised First Aid qualification.
