Senior Site Manager

Central London

A recognised contractor in the South East of England is looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team, on a major development in the centre of London.

The project involved is initially the fit out of a viewing gallery, over three floors. The Senior Site Manager will control the whole area lone, reporting to a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Site Manager will ensure all works are carried out to the highest of standards, along with making sure labourer and subcontractors are working to the strict deadlines as set.

To be considered for this role, it is essential the Senior Site Manager has:
- Extensive experience in the high end fit out sector.
- Ideally experience of working on a viewing gallery, or similar projects.
- CSCS Managers Card.
- 5 Day SMSTS
- Recognised First Aid Qualification.
- Relevant construction based NVQ (Or higher).
