They are centralizing their Gaming team in Dublin and are now hiring Norwegian gaming technical support professionals.

Role: You will take calls, emails, instant message, chat and `in game` messages from customers. Technical Support team troubleshoots hardware, software and other support issues for customers. These could be a range of queries to do with their game console or other issue. This may be escalation issues from product support, technical queries, installations or various support activities.

Skills: The candidates that we are looking for this role will have good knowledge of PC gaming, MMORPG, games players, games testing or similar games interest or skills. Candidates that have previous IT support, PC support or helpdesk will be at an advantage as you will have supported customers on technical issues. You will need to have native level Norwegian or Business fluent Norwegian for emails and phone calls. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
