Principal/Senior Building Control Surveyor

Central London

Working with this leading firm of Approved Inspectors in London the Principal/Senior Building Control Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Managing surveying staff,
- Attending project meetings,
- Giving CPD presentations to clients,
- Attending company business and marketing strategy meetings.

In addition, you will develop internal QA and Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring invoicing and work targets are met. Checking architectural proposals are on plan, undertaking site inspections from project inception to completion and liaising with statutory authorities as necessary.

To be considered you will be MRICS/ABE qualified. You should have worked in the London area on major refurbishment and new build projects predominately in the commercial and mixed-use sectors.
