Recognised as one of the leaders in the Approved Inspector field, this company has a large portfolio of projects that they are engaged on, which include multi-million pound projects such as schools, residential apartment blocks, retail developments and commercial developments. Their success is built around the knowledge, skills and dedication of their workforce.

They now require a Building Control Surveyor to carry out site inspection in the Central London area.

You will be highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills as you will have regular contact with clients and design teams. You will also be proactive and know when to use your initiative.
