They maintain a long list of regional and national clients thanks to their innovative and forward thinking approach. They provide design, construction and project management services for the public and private sector with projects ranging in value up to 50m. The company currently has a major portfolio of work on new build and refurbishment in Retail.

About the role:
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple retail projects. You will be responsible for taking full commercial control of projects up to the value of 10m and reporting to the Divisional Commercial Director.

About the candidate:
- Main contracting experience essential.
- Experience within the retail sector.
- Experience within the new build refurbishment sector.
- 6 years` experience minimum.
- Structured career history.
