A leading provider of technology-enabled learning to a broad range of markets requires a Receptionist/Office Administrator to play a significant role in the day-to-day running of our Dublin Office with primary responsibility for the smooth operation of Reception.
This full-time, permanent position will involve answering and directing all incoming calls on the switchboard, organisation of travel across the Company, office administration, maintenance of databases and provision of administrative support.
Essential requirements include:
- Excellent front-of-house skills and presentation
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail is required
- A professional attitude and approach
- Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office required
- Fluent Verbal and Written English
