About the Company:
A major player within the frames and groundworks sector in the South East! The companies work has become diverse and includes high specification residential basement work in London where they act as a principal contractor. Other works involve both public and private sector RC Frames and groundworks with projects ranging in value from 500k - 30m. They currently have a bursting order book and require a top Quantity Surveyor to join and strengthen the team.

About the Role:
They require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will take full commercial control over their own portfolio of work, reporting into the commercial director. You need to form a strong working relationship with the project management teams to ensure successful delivery and profit targets are achieved.

About the Candidate:
- Strong background in RC Frame and Groundworks.
- Have worked for a specialist and established contractor in these fields.
- Be able to work under your own initiative and direction.
- Strong eye for detail and the ability to drive profit.
- Ideally degree qualified.
- Excellent work ethic.
