Company: Our client is a successful gaming company with over 10 year`s experience; they have become an established name within their industry. Due to recent success they are currently expanding into new markets. Based in the UK this company is ready to take over the world. They are now looking for a Dutch Speaking Billing Customer Support for their office in Cambridge, UK.

Role: In the role of Dutch Billing Agent you are required to assist in any enquiries in relation to monetary transactions in an efficient manner using email, tickets and the support forum. You will also examine any errors that may affect player`s ability to make payments. In relation to this you will assess payment methods to ensure the run efficiently. It is also you responsibility to come up with a more creative ways of improving player experience. Finally you will carry out any team related projects with limited supervision.


Skills: In this role you will need fluent Dutch and English and possess a minimum of one 1 years experience working within a Billing support environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of methods of payments. Excellent computer skills are a pre-requisite of this role along with a strong critical thinking and sound judgment. In addition, the ideal candidate will have an eloquent telephone manner and display professionalism at all times. An interest in video games and or gaming industry is an advantage.
