German speaking Customer service/order manager

Company: Our client is a group leader manufacturer and distributor in the fashion industry. With a worldwide presence, the quality of every collection they launch is tested to fit the requirements of their customers over the world. Our client is now looking for a German speaking customer service/order management agent.

Role: New positions exist within the client services department of our client`s team. In this role you will be responsible for a range of duties including analyse, managing and processing customer orders into the database, giving advice to customer about the catalogue products, informing them about prices, availability and progress of their order. In addition to this you will collaborate with the logistic department, to ensure that shipments are delivered on time.

Skills: We are looking for a fluent German speaking candidate that has previous experience in order management and sales administration. He/She will also have previous customer support and excellent time management and organization skills. He/She will be experienced using MS Office, Outlook and preferably SAP.
