French and Spanish Credit Collections Team Leader

South West

Company: Our client is one of the major manufacturers of plumbing products, home furniture and industrial engineering. They operate worldwide and they are now hiring a French & Spanish Credit Collections Team Leader South West England.

Role: In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 Credit Collectors. In addition you will be responsible for the creation and amendments to customer accounts in SAP and the process of new account applications. Collection Team Leaders must prioritise and carry out collection activity. In addition you will be communicating to the insurer and broker any business decisions received. Another key element of the role is to develop accounting documents for letters of credit on SAP and correspond to sales and logistics.

Skills: The ideal candidate for this role must have the following skills:

- Fluent in French, Spanish and English,
- Must have previous experience in a Collections Team Lead role,
- Previous Team lead experience, knowledge of financial services and insurance
industry and good team management skills,
- Proven experience in working in a service delivery,
- Previous Collections experience is highly desirable,
- Strong knowledge and understanding of R&I products,
