Company: Our client is a world leader online casino who is currently in the period of rapid expansion. They now have a vacancy for a Swedish and Danish speaking Customer service Representative based in Malta.

Role: They are currently looking for reliable and experienced German and English speaking customer service coordinators. In this role you will be working with their Business Clients and to ensure optimum customer service. In addition you will be responsible for all complaint management and interfacing with Sales force, Warehouse etc. You must ensure orders are sent on time and requested products are in stock. You will be able to solve problems and come up with solutions where required.

Skills: In order to be considered for this role you must have one years experience in a contact centre environment. You should possess excellent communication skills both spoken and written. Furthermore you must be able to act quickly and solve problems like they have never existed. It is also essential to possess a strong knowledge of computers for example windows application Word/Excel to Intermediate level. You are required to have fluent Swedish, Danish and English. It is also advantageous to possess a strong knowledge of SAP and a third level qualification.
