CDM Co-ordinator

Working with one of the UK`s most respected Consultants as a Construction Design Management (CDM) Co-ordinator.

You will provide CDM-C services advising and overseeing the statutory duties of the CDM-C as defined by CDM 2007, on a range of fast track projects throughout the South East, mainly for the Environment Agency and water and sewerage companies.

You will liaise with Environment Agency and water and sewerage companies Project teams giving clear advice regarding the CDM Regulations and Health and Safety issues. In addition, you will be working closely with design teams to ensure the principles of prevention are applied and checking design risk assessments and buildability statements

You will produce PCI`s (pre-construction information), F10 notifications, construction Phase Plan reviews, timely Health and Safety Files
You will have extensive practical experience in the construction industry providing Health and Safety and CDM-C services, hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma) in a Health and Safety discipline and be rMAPs.
