Senior .Net Developer required to join a leading financial processing and reporting company based inDublin16. The successful Senior .Net Developer will join a highly dynamic and innovative Irish-owned company with significant growth plans and opportunities.

You will join a small dynamic team that process high volumes of transactions via multiple data feeds in varied and varying format (daily, weekly, historical data) from a variety of clients and sources globally including NYSE, Bloomberg, Reuters etc. The team’s responsibility is to develop accurate, high performing suites of programs to interpret and transform this financial information to agreed standards for loading into company databases.

Main operations are based in southDublinwith easy access to the LUAS, bus routes and M50 (free parking).

Responsibilities:

• Design and write complex programs .Net / C# to combine, validate, transform and reformat financial data from multiple sources geographically for uploading into Sql Server databases
• To test and ensure accuracy of conversion code
• Liaise with accountants, financial experts and project managers in understanding data structure and requirements to develop design and approach and agree outcomes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience of Microsoft technologies (.net / c# / vb) , Sql server and MS Excel
• Extensive experience of working with accounting and financial data
• Minimum of three years experience
• Good communication and team-working skills
• High-level attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
