  • .Net Developer with Retail Banking required for a leading portfolio & capital management Multinational recently opened inDublin. This is an initial 6 months rolling contract (excellent rates) based in Dublin City Centre. There may also be the opportunity to move in to a permanent role

    The successful .Net Developer with Retail Banking will work closely in a small team of developers. The project involves developing workflows for the business, building systems interfaces for a servicing platform for Irish customers, migrating data and customer accounts to the new system, building reports.

    Development work includes:


    • Data feeds and payment files
    • Building Workflow processes
    • Developing Transaction processing
    • Systems interfaces for various banking, accounts and call centre systems
    • Report production for payment reconciliation and management information
    • Regulatory extracts of customer data
    • Call centre reporting and integration
    • Data migration

    Requirements


    • Strong background in all systems development, data migration, databases, windows clients and web based processes.
    • Experience in Irish financial services, particularly around workflow processes and financial transactions/calculations e.g. lending, interest calculations, direct debit / payment processing
    • Some travel to UK will be required.

    Technical skills required:


    • SQL 2005/2008 (T-SQL, SSIS)
    • .NET (VB, C#, ASP)
    • Web Services (XML, XSLT, SOAP)
    • Database Analysis and Design
    • Microsoft Reporting Services
    • N-Tier Architecture
