About the company:
They are a well-established specialist contractor working within the exterior envelope sector delivering high quality design and installation. Their projects include rainscreen and rendered faades systems, cladding, glazed curtain walling and structural waterproofing with projects up to the value of 10m.

About the role:
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and take full commercial control of their own projects up to the value of 10m. You will be responsible for all aspects of Quantity Surveying and reporting to the Commercial Manager. The projects will be primarily airport based so experience of working on airports is essential.

About the candidate:
- Relevant experience (Curtain Walling).
- Minimum 7 years` experience.
- Commercially ran own projects.
- Sub-contracting experience essential.
- Structured career history.
