  • Contract Call Centre Manager required by large IT Multinational based in Dublin for an initial 11 month contract to be responsible for the planning and execution of all key release and project/program management tasks, including:

    · Defining scope of release

    · Coordinating work stream meetings and use these meetings to drive deliverables & milestone completion

    · Risk/issue Management - Identify, analyze, respond to, and track release issues and risks.

    · Program training coordination of training roll out and consumption within vendor locations

    · Identifying stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication of progress of release/program to relevant stakeholders.

    Key Requirements

    · 3 - 5 years customer service and/or project management experience in a call center environment

    · Proven leadership, project management and problem analysis/resolution skills required.

    · A broad knowledge of Customer Service and call center business practices required

    · Demonstrated skills in project management, presentation skills, decision-making and strong commitment to excellence in customer service.

    · BA and/or equivalent / Professional Training and Certification / PMI certification, COPC, Six Sigma & ISO9000 is preferred
