Currency Converter - Company: Our client is one of the major manufacturers of plumbing products, home furniture and industrial engineering. They operate worldwide and they are now hiring a French & Spanish Credit Collector in South West England.
Role: Credit Collectors responsibilities include developing relationships with internal and external customers. The candidate`s duties will involve working on overdue debts and ensuring correct follow up internally and with customers. Another key element of Credit Collectors role is to follow up customer account statements and establish rational behind non payment and act accordingly. In addition you will identify and request accounts for credit limit revision and implement collections activity. Finally in this role you will work with Accounts Payable colleagues compensating customer invoices.
Skills: The successful candidate will be fluent in French, Spanish and English. Possess 1 - 2 years previous Credit Collectors experience. The ideal candidates will have experience controlling major accounts and maintaining accurate team measurement and performance statistics. Credit Controllers will also ensure the credit department communicates well with customers and departmental colleagues. Finally excellent organisational and time management skills are required for this role.
