Site Manager

A recognised contractor in the South East of England is looking for a Site Manager to join their team, on a major development in the centre of London.

The project involved is initially the fit out of a viewing gallery, over three floors. The Site Manager will control the whole area lone, reporting to a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Site Manager will ensure all works are carried out to the highest of standards, along with making sure labourer and subcontractors are working to the strict deadlines as set.

To be considered for this role, it is essential the Site Manager has extensive experience in the high end fit out sector, ideally with previous experience of working on a viewing gallery, or similar projects. It is also essential that the Senior Site Manager holds a CSCS Card, 5 day SMSTS, recognised First Aid qualification and a relevant NVQ.
