About the company:
A well-established contractor specialising in refurbishment, new build and fit out throughout the public and private sectors. Their projects range in size from 25k up to 6m with a turnover of 80m.

About the role:
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial control of projects such as a 1.2m extension to a school, a 6m refurbishment to a cricket ground and a 3.1 new build medical centre and various other projects. You will be responsible for dealing with all commercial aspects of the projects and reporting to Commercial Manager.

About the candidate:
- 7 years` experience minimum.
- Relevant experience to market sectors.
- Strong commercial background.
- Structured career history.
