Strategy and Projects Officer

Central London

In this role, working with a central London Local Authority, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives, working closely with management teams and council members.

You will be AutoCAD literate with the ability to create plans and engineering documents.

You will need to be able to use PowerPoint, understand Dashboard-type reporting and be able to create spreadsheets / cost sheets.

You will have working knowledge of current building control, regulations, legislation and CDM.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to take ownership of work, be risk aware, and be able to manage and mitigate risk on projects

You will understand the procurement, tendering and evaluation process in the public sector.

In addition, you will need to be conversant with Project Planning using MS Project.
