Programme Manager

East London

In this role you will plan, co-ordinate and deliver a capital programme of approx. 40m pa for a London Local Authority.

You will have a demonstrable track record in housing refurbishment, project management building construction and contract processes, including partnering.

You will be managing a significant team, delivering complex services

You will have a high level of numeracy, literacy, and presentation skills and be able to work productively with staff at all levels.

In addition, you will understand asset management / project management data information systems and their practical use.
