    Role: In our client`s technical support team in Belfast, there are new positions available for Dutch speaking technical support. The technical support representative will work on specific customer projects delivering world class solutions and will be responsible for the following,
    - Providing technical support on the phone to external customers who speak Dutch and English. The questions vary considerably among end users, who use various lines of business, commercial and proprietary applications
    - Troubleshooting, diagnosing and correcting technical faults, using your technical and diplomatic skills, and guiding the caller through the necessary steps to restore functionality
    - Working with your colleagues to share information and to collaborate on problem
    - Maintaining in-depth abstract knowledge of the products, including, operating system levels, software application packages, hardware and equipment.
    - Having the ability to be confident, assertive and engaging when dealing with existing and potential customers.
    - Answering queries in an appropriate amount of time without compromising quality.
    - Managing each problem that arises until it is resolved and improving work exercises to the best of your ability to achieve the best results


    Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Dutch and have advanced English. The candidate should have previous experience in a telephone technical support position in preferably an IT environment, giving support to end-users, experience in dealing with a novice or low-skilled customer base and be able to impart knowledge at various levels and he/she should be able to work on multiple, dissimilar activities simultaneously. The candidate should be personable, have excellent communicational skills (verbally and written) face to face or via phone and have strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills. A passion for customer care would help in this role. Experience using databases and customer management systems is essential.
