About the company:
They are a well-established civil engineering and construction company working within the rail sector working on projects such as new build, civils, general building and RC works.

About the role:
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work within the commercial team on several projects ranging from 10k up to 1m. You will be responsible for valuations management of sub contract documentation and control all commercial aspects of allocated projects.

About the candidate:
- Minimum 4 years` experience.
- Experience within relevant sector.
- Commercially astute.
- Hard working.
- Structured career history.
