Company: Our client is an international organization offering computer forensics and data recovery services worldwide. They have been very successful in recent years and have achieved the Investors in people standard as well as ISO 9001:2000 statuses. They are now seeking an French Data Recovery Account Manager for their Welsh headquarters.

Role: As Account manager you are required to provide initial and on-going training and respond to hot leads via inbound calls and web enquiries. You must also update existing customers and client records and job logs. Data Recovery Account Managers will also call potential customers who have made an online enquiry requested a quotation to answer enquiries and sell our Data Recovery service. In addition you must take payment for data recovery work completed and ensure the customers receive their data as promptly as is possible.

Skills: To be considered for the French speaking Account Manager you must be fluent in French and English. Experience of CRM systems is an advantage but training will be provided. Previous experience in an Account manager`s role is essential along with an ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process is also important.
