Work will involve:
Carry out risk assessments of building water systems for the control of legionellosis including auditing of site records.
Carry out assessments of ducted air conditioning systems and environmental assessments of occupied areas in relation to indoor air quality.
Prepare comprehensive reports including observations, recommendations and interpretations of laboratory analysis.
Liaise with Contract and Project managers in relation to work under their control.
Give presentations and discussions of the reports with the client as necessary.
Arrange and carry out all work to meet with agreed Company and client timescales.

Ideally the successful applicant would have a science based qualification or previous experience in a related technical role. An understanding of building mechanical services and a knowledge of the legislation and guidance relating to water quality and indoor air quality would be preferred
