Senior Estimator/ Experienced Estimator

The civils/infrastructure division are in need of a Senior Estimator or Experienced Estimator on site at Gatwick working on the civils and infrastructure work for the project.

Remuneration for Senior Estimator/ Experienced Estimator:
Up to 50,000 per annum + Car + Benefits

Location:
Gatwick

The Company:
My client is a market leader within the construction sector, are seeking a senior estimator to join their expanding team. Our blue chip client currently employs in excess of 40,000 people worldwide and their civils division is currently working on a large framework project at Gatwick Airport.

The role:
You will be required to attend design meetings, accurately measure from drawings, develop new Target rates when required, and monitor the progress of the project all within strict deadlines. You will need to be able to present targets to senior management.

Experience of Civil Engineering Projects, mainly Airfield Pavement and Services (drainage, ducting, water main, fuel main etc) is extremely beneficial, although roadworks and structures will also be considered.

Requirements:
Ideally 8+ years estimating experience
Ideally 5 years experience working on civils projects
Contractor background
Degree or relevant Construction or Commercial qualification
Excellent communicator and team player
