    The Background

    Global consultancy services firm is actively seeking an addition to their international assignments team. The successful candidate will provide an essential point of contact with regards to all global mobility and compensation issues.

    The Role:

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

    Partner with business units and outsourced vendors to provide an effective and efficient relocation management service

    Provide a point of contact for all expatriate relocation and compensation policy issues to both assignees and relevant business units

    Review existing and implement new expatriate policy and procedure in conjunction with the senior management team

    Provide the ultimate convenience by evaluating assignee needs in identifying suitable expatriate packages

    Develop cost estimates for assignee moves

    Discuss potential implications and identify assignee patterns or trends with members of the senior management team

    The Person:

    The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience dealing with: international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants will have an excellent knowledge of the assignment life cycle and will have the ability to provide professional advice on both expatriate relocation and compensation issues.
