A CIPD qualified professional is required with a background within the Manufacturing or Engineering arenas. A forward thinking and creative style and approach is needed if the candidate is to be successful within the role as the environment is fast-paced and often requires a level of adaptability. Youll have proven ability to drive the development and implementation of the HR Policies in line with the business requirements.
