THE ROLE

Initially a 12 month fixed term contract this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a forward thinking organisation in West Yorkshire.
A real generalist hands on role you will be involved in the full HR remit providing an effective HR service to the organisation, assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements, best practice and innovative approaches.

THE PERSON

Youll be CIPD qualified. With experience of handling high volume Employee Relations casework, youll have lots of drive and energy to make things happen and be able to hit the ground running. Change Management, TUPE, Redundancy, and experience of working in multi site unionised environment would be of an advantage.
