Our client is looking for graduate and experienced recruitment consultants and experienced recruitment consultants to work in their fabulous overseas and London offices. The Role

Every successful candidate will receive a total of around 20 days high quality work-based training each year that kicks-off with a three-phase induction followed by sales techniques and performance management training. Many candidates will then go on to take a management training course and receive individual mentoring and coaching along the way.

The Requirements

Our clients are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals who are driven to succeed. Candidates must have a strong educational background. Successful candidates must be able to display a strong bubbly character with hunger to succeed. Our clients would prefer previous sales experience however, this may not be necessary if candidates can demonstrate exceptional achievement in other areas of interest and a very strong character.
