Our client, a leading player in providing high quality, comprehensive, and competitive services to their clients are urgently looking for a Project Cost Control to join their team based in Yorkshire.

The successful Project Cost Control will be well established and will be experienced in setting project controls for ENVIRONMENTAL / CONSTRUCTION projects. You will have experience with estimating, budgeting and scheduling for large construction projects and will have worked within a similar capacity. Your duties / responsibilities will include:

Essential experience:

~ Construction experience
~ Project cost controls experience
~ Experience in developing & updating schedules
~ Experience in reviewing schedule logic, sequencing and analysis
~ Experience with Primavera P3 software and spreadsheets

Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and reporting costs / resource needs, the development of scope / deliverables and activities with Project Managers and management of multi disciplinary teams in completing assigned project activities.

Desirable experience

~ Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field required
