Harrogate based leading global organisation have an immediate requirement for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team. Candidates should ideally possess an IT related qualification ( Degree, HND, or vendor specific qualification) coupled with 1-2years commercial experience utilising and supporting Windows 2003 Server , Active Directory, MS Office, and networking ( TCP/IP, switches, VPN etc). Fantastic communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role.
Any exposure to SQL Server 2000/2005, MS Access(VBA, tables, queries, SQL etc), CRM systems or Oracle E-Business suite would be highly desirable.
