    -IT or other Technical University degree

    -Knowledge of operation systems (Windows, HP-UX and Linux)

    -Understanding of average and technical aspects of the Technical Position

    -Good knowledge of the product

    -Ability to communicate in English Language

    -Willingness to work on the shifts pattern

    -Ability to solve the problems

    -Flexibility and dependabilit
