eCRM Executive / Market Leader / Gibraltar

A eCRM executive is required to work alongside the eCRM Manager and Product Managers in a rapidly expanding arena to:

• Implement and execute email campaigns, from concept to completion
• Liase with the eCRM Manager and Product Managers on the planning and scheduling of email campaigns.
• Use intelligent Segmentation of the customer database in order to send targeted communications
• Running thorough reports/analysis on campaigns as delegated
• Copyrighting
• Maintenance and evaluation of CRM promotions
• Review, analyse and report on customer behaviour and reaction to promotional activity, analysing key metrics in order to enhance future promotional emails.
• Build HTML email templates and lease with Designers and Product Managers on sourcing and implementing email imagery.
• Manage the email marketing platform, Silverpop
• Create abd send on an ad-hoc basis email campaigns when needed by the business (e.g. customer account information, website changes, payment and deposit issues).
• Manage the contactable/non-contactable customer database lists and self-excluded player lists.

If this sounds like the exciting challenge needed for a keen and enthustiastic eCRM Executive with a can do attitude, a good team ethos, working within a sometimes pressured environment, you will need to have these requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken fluency in English, ideally with copyrighting skills.
• Understanding of customer segmentation principles.
• Experience of CRM systems, with preference given to Silverpop.
• An eye for detail.
• Interest and knowledge of online gaming.
• Good level of proficiency in MS Excel/Access
• Any webs skills – HTML/Dreamweaver/Adobe photoshop – knowledge a huge plus.
