We are a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the City currently recruiting for a Client Services Representative to work within Prime Brokerage.
The Prime Brokerage division was established in 2004. It is a growth business constantly expanding it's current client base and services. The PB offering is cross-product covering foreign exchange, bullion, fixed income, equity and credit derivatives. There are product specific client service teams covering each of these products that work closely with each other.
Due to projected business growth we are currently hiring within the FX/Bullion Prime Brokerage Team for an individual to cover the day to day processing of FX, FX Options (Vanilla and Barriers) and Bullion trades and other day-to-day operational requirements.

The responsibilities include:-

- Be the first point of contact for the Prime Brokerage clients (e.g. Hedge Fund, Algos, Brokers).
- Daily interaction with client and executing bank's traders
- Assist with queries from Settlement teams and other support functions
- Assist in resolving any adhoc client queries on a daily basis
- Entering FX, FX Option (inc. NDFs & NDOs) and Bullion trades into various systems
- Monitoring trade notifications via email and Reuters
- Monitoring trade flows
- Reconciliations
- Credit monitoring
- Conducting client visits/reviews
- Look for opportunities to cross-sell other PB products to their clients
- Understand the client reports and ensure the reports are generated daily and sent to clients successfully
- Assist in the client on-boarding function and ensure all client details are correctly input into the systems
- Perform additional UAT on future product enhancements
- Be involved in ongoing projects to improve STP and improve controls

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within middle office in the FX and /or FX Options markets including NDF`s or Bullion. You will be confident with excellent communication skills and have good control awareness.
