Description:	Position Purpose: Reporting to the Director of Poker, the International Poker Marketing Manager will take overall responsibility for developing, executing, and managing the various poker marketing activities for X Poker across all channels (with a focus on offline acquisition). The International Poker Marketing Manager will liaise with International Country Managers and/or poker specialists in each region and work closely with them to understand, execute, and manage winning acquisition strategies that lead to increased and profitable customer creation. The International Poker Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Poker, Country Managers, and X Marketing, in order to maximize campaign effectiveness while maintaining the strength of the X /Poker brand. Key markets of focus will include UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece/Cyprus, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Canada (but essentially global).
Ideal Candidate:	Key Responsibilities / Duties • Research, development and implementation of a marketing plan across our International territories, with a focus on: o Analysis of each region’s unique landscape o Competitive Analysis per region across all marketing channels o Localizing creative and offers o Execute offline marketing campaigns using multiple marketing channels o Ensure all marketing activity reflects the strength of the poker brand and creates a unique positioning for x on the market o Develop and maintain measurements to determine the success and profitability of campaigns. • Liaise with key International stakeholders (Director of Poker, Director of European Marketing, Country Managers, and Marketing Ops.) to ensure that poker marketing is being optimized in each region. • Ensure all marketing activities are executed, in line with strategy, on time, and within budget. • Effectively manage the offline poker marketing budget in partnership with each CM. • Oversee the relationship with, and performance of third party agencies and suppliers for the fulfillment of marketing program. • Monitor and report on success of the activity, to include weekly and monthly KPI reporting. • Continuous analysis of the competition with alerts on competitive activity and pro active and informed recommendations on new initiatives Experience & Qualifications Required: • Expert marketing manager with experience in a fast paced online business. • Demonstrable and extensive marketing experience, managing a large team and budgetary responsibility. • Experience and interest in poker is essential, gaming sector experience preferred. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence the organization at all levels. • A self starting professional with a core understanding of business and results oriented mindset. • Highly organized, strong anaylitical approach, and creative
