Job Description:

Our client is currently looking for a Switchboard Operator for a short term contract based in Cork city.

This is a short term position for 4 weeks with the possibility to extend into a longer term role.

Salary: €13 per hour

*

Managing an extremely busy switchboard for up to 15 office locations throughout Ireland.
*

Diverting calls to the relevant person/department.
*

Ensuring the internal database is up to date and accurate.
*

General office support and administration duties may be included.
*

Oversee a check in and check out system due to Covid-19.

Skills:

*

Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
*

Very organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
*

Strong computer skills including Microsoft office.
*

Ability to build and maintain working relationships.
*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
