Job Description:

This person will provide technical implementation, integration and support services, and will be the point of referece for contact regarding any issues at the client location. He/she will provide support for Trouble Ticketing (TT) in a production/reference environment. He/she has to understand/analyse any (TTs) raised, resolve/delegate to the team, and keep customer informed about the status/progress of the (TT). The person will be heavily involved in a team environment and will be required to attend any meeting, and prepare and/or contribute to any reports as necessary. This person will be reporting to the Operations Manager from THBS at the client location.

Job Requirements:


• Aware of Operation ticketing SLA and KPI.
• Excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills.
• Capability to handle Stakeholders and 3rd parties.
•Owning the Incidents and Change management
• Oracle Service Bus 11g
• Issue Tracking/Project – JIRA, BMC Remedy or any similar tool
• Application Servers - Web Logic, Tomcat, Apache
• Version Control Tools - Git-hub, CVS, Subversion or similar tool
• Databases (RDBMS) - Oracle, MySQL
• Network Protocol - SOAP, HTTP, SNMP, DNS
• Security - WS-Security, SSL/TLS
• Operating Systems - Windows, Solaris, Linux
• Scripting - Unix Shell scripts (ksh, csh, bash, sh and others), WLST
• Software Tools : Putty, WinSCP
• Good exposure to OSB application support in test and prod environments.
• Hands on tools such as SOAPUI, BMC Remedy tool, JIRA, WinSCP.
• Should be confident enough to handle P1 issues in production under pressure.

Good to have:
• Good exposure to Web logic Admin Tasks.
• Should have sound knowledge on deployments, web logic patches.
• Expert in network and OS level understanding.
• Should have exposure to OSB and its functionality.
• Telecom Domain exposure should be considered must to ease functional support.
• Handling defects in Test environments under pressure.
