Customer support is required in cork!



Are you looking for a new job opportunity in Customer Service area? We are currently recruiting ambitious individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills to join a well-known Financial Services company in Cork.





Responsibilities & Duties



* Be a first point of contact to handle customer queries.
* Answer and resolving all customer queries by phone, email and chat promptly and accurately.
* Ensure all customer details are correct and have great attention to details.
* Achieve customer satisfaction and understanding of the product.
* Work closely with the sales department and provide support to the team when it is required.
* Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
* Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.





Skills & Experience



* Language skills: fluency in English (both written and verbal)
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service/call center environment
* Ambitious, determined and hardworking individual with a positive attitude
* Eager to learn, grow and develop within the company
* Strong trouble-shooting and multitasking skills
* Patient and empathy with customers to build trust and strong relationships with them.





Salary & Benefits



* Salary: €23,000 - €25,000 per annum
* 10% performance related bonus paid monthly
* Start date: 11th April 2018
* Location: Cork
