The Role:

The HR Services Executive will be the first point of contact for HR policy and transactional queries to deliver an expert HR Service.

Essential Duties

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted advisor, providing high quality advice and service to both management and employees on a daily basis.
* Processing documentation for new joiners and internal transfer, to include contract generation, ensuring full compliance
* Liaising with Senior Managers on absence management, fixed term contract end dates, probationary ends in line with company policy
* Maintain HR systems to ensure correct and up to date information, to deliver accurate collation of payroll information and benefits to include new hires, leavers, staff referral and bike to work schemes etc
* Delivery of HR induction to new employees
* Managing HR projects throughout the year e.g. annual leave requirements, performance management reporting
* Assist in maintenance and development of HR System
* Proactively identify areas for improvement in the operation of the HR Services function
* Support the HR Services team to ensure all on daily administrative tasks and other ad hoc HR duties as they arise

Person Specification

Knowledge, Education & Experience:

* 2 years + HR experience working in a similar role
* Studying towards CIPD qualification
* Must have an understanding of all aspects of Human Resources

Essential Skills & Abilities:

* Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner.
* Excellent attention to detail required.
* Ability to prioritise workload and deliver continuous improvement
* Excellent working knowledge of HR software, Excel and other MS Office products
