Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of all Helpdesk requirements.

You should have experience with Design Solutions, automation and upgrading Service Desk technical requirements. You will be the interface in the team to manage any issues that arise within the team and among any third party providers.

You should have experience managing end user computing systems and tools such as Office365 Suite, SCCM, Symantec Antivirus, Active Directory / Group Policy, MDM, Encryption, Image Management, Inventory management, virtual desktop environments

You will work with management and third parties to ensure end user computing services are being implemented, reviewed, maintained and run effectively, and drive problem management on any Senior escalations that relate to end user computing

You will perform in-depth root cause analysis of end user computing problems and define actions for timely resolution.

You will provide subject matter expertise, guidance and leadership to desktop support team

Stamp 4 or EU Passport required
