My client is a top manufacturer within the medical device industry who are looking for a highly skilled QA COMPLIANCE MANAGER to lead the compliance department by ensuring that the product and service are fit for purpose.

Company is growing every year, in fact they are acquiring new companies and businesses and consequently increasing their revenue. You will be part of a strong and well renowned biomedical company that will give you all the support you need to step up your career to the next level.

This is a strategic role that will give you the opportunity to step up into a more senior position in the future; moreover, you will have gain some specific skills in a very nice market that will broaden your career horizons.


* to ensure that the product and service are fit for purpose, consistent and meet all internal and external requirements
* to consistently strive to improve quality according to the highest standards
* to cooperate with other function to ensure that the process and procedures are in compliance with quality standard (ISO and GMP)
* to follow internal and external audit

In this position you will:

1 provide and verify the application of the Quality Management System.
2 provide and verifiy that the Quality Management System meets the requirements of ISO9001, ISO13485, US FDA QS Regulation (21CFR820) and the Medical Device Regulation (SOR / 98-282) of Canada.
3 verifies that procedures are properly established and applied to prevent non-conformity.
4 collaborates in the definition of the correct risk assessment on the distributed product.
5 supervises the process of requesting, approving and applying the relevant Change to the production departments, QC, Logistics,
6 manage non-conformity management processes, in addition to verifying the supporting documentation to release the lot.


* At least five-years of Medical Device -IVD or chemical-pharmaceutical industry experience in similar position
* Fluent knowledge of the English language
* Degree in scientific disciplines
