Job Description:

Our client, a global online gaming operator, is looking for a VIP Account Manager for their DACH market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the handling, retention and development of a portfolio of high value VIP players in the DACH region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personal relationships with elite players and potential VIPs, and build individual account plans
  • Perform daily Market Maintenance checks to ensure appropriate and regular contacts were made with VIP accounts of all levels
  • Set up bonuses for VIP players according to guidelines
  • Design, communicate, and execute promotions and campaigns that are relevant to the market and player segment, together with the Content and CRM teams
  • Design, execute, and host events that both reward and generate further value from VIP segments
  • Handle all event logistics for the host and VIP guests, including flights, transfers, accommodation, meals, location scouting, supplier management, and contingency plans
  • Own and follow Source of Wealth and RG processes, ensuring all VIP players meet the requirements of the local Gaming Commission policy while minimizing interruption to their playing experience
  • Own and resolve VIP complaints and escalations, and manage all VIP communication that may come in via other channels
  • Achieve and report on the performance of VIP players, budgets, and costs versus targets
  • Build and maintain player profiles – analyse VIP behaviour/gameplay of players to optimise operational activities
  • Liaise with other teams and departments to implement solutions for the region
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to support the regional strategy

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with professional communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong level of written and spoken English
  • Proven experience of building and managing relationships with I-gaming VIPs
  • Flexible to service key accounts via phone, SMS, email, etc. outside of standard work hours, when required
  • Experience in cross departmental collaboration
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and cost management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure
  • Available to travel monthly
  • Marketplace awareness and understanding of local trends
  • Desirable skills, experiences or other relevant to the role:
  • Experience in offline VIP events and hospitality
  • Experience in casino product
  • Experience of account management
