Job Description:

We are looking for a Japanese speaking Customer Experience Manager to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead their Japanese Customer Support team, whilst owning and driving projects to ensure they are providing the best possible experience to their Japanese customer base.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Japanese customer base, owning and improving processes and procedures, adapting to the needs of the market
Responsible to drive projects aimed at ensuring the company utilizes existing resources in such a way that they offer the best possible experience to their Japanese customers
Own and drive the strategy for how they educate their Japanese customers in their offerings and how they best make use of what they offer
Be a key stakeholder in design projects aimed at making their Japanese site more localized to Japan

Requirements:

Native Japanese Speaker with Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
1-2 years’ experience working within the Japanese market within the iGaming industry in a Team Lead role
Strong communicator who enjoys collaboration across teams and locations
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work well under pressure
A can-do attitude, energy, drive and enthusiasm
Good project management skills
