Our client is a leading iGaming affiliate company with its head office in Sliema, Malta. Their main activity is the development of comparison sites for the iGaming industry.

Role Description:

As Junior Sales Manager you will be assisting the Head of Sales with various tasks. The purpose of the role is to help generate revenue with the international portfolio of our comparison websites. Your main objective is to manage existing deals with iGaming operators, build long-term relations and continue to improve the deals. The teams purpose is to make sure the company monetizes their website portfolio best.


What the job entails:
  • Increase the number of iGaming operator partnerships
  • First point of contact for the operator
  • Ensure continuous deal optimisations
  • Optimise the conversion on our website portfolio and on the brands landing pages
  • Create additional revenue by defining and selling media packages
  • Interact with other departments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain the sales related content on our websites
  • In-depth reporting, data quality assurance and analysing data
  • Assure on-time commission payments by the operators

Your profile:
  • Documented sales success within the iGaming industry, either working for an Affiliate Company or for an iGaming Operator
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience
  • Accustomed to working with KPIs and ambitious targets
  • Accustomed to working in teams and with external clients
  • German spoken and written (native or bilingual proficiency)
  • English spoken and written (business proficiency)
  • Entrepreneurial creative business skills
  • Global business thinking
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of ambition
  • Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing
  • High analytical skills with an interest in details
  • Proficient in Excel and MS suite of applications
  • High social skills for working in teams and with operators
  • Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
  • You are ready to live in/move to Malta and work in our modern offices in Sliema
