The role of Casino Manager is essential to the success of the company and reports directly to the CEO. Our Marketing team will ensure the continuous inflow of new depositing players, which marks the starting point of this role’s responsibility. From NDP stage, you will ensure an outstanding end-to-end player experience with the macro goal of extending player lifetime value and the micro goal of extending session time of each player visit.


  • Ensure an outstanding player experience from 1st deposit onwards. This includes end-to-end campaign management incl. idea generation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Understand that a big part of the company’s success rests on the quality of our Customer Service. Ensure the team is in a position to succeed by implementing world-class casino processes, in-time and seamless communication flow of promotions and be available at all times to support them, so they can support our players 110%.
  • VIP player management, identify these players and ensure their total satisfaction incl. being their main point of contact.
  • Improve the overall casino product experience incl. generating new product ideas and features as well as assisting with their implementation on-site.
  • Day-to-day running of the casino incl. managing on-site game positioning and continuous optimization of the website to increase key KPI’s and ROI
  • Own the monthly Casino Communications Plan and generate ideas for exciting promotions to increase KPI’s, liaise with 3rd parties (such as copywriters, designers etc.) to execute campaigns according to brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with game content suppliers and ensure on-time launch campaigns of new games
  • Budget as well as monitor, report and optimize for key KPI’s to increase performance
  • Assist with various other tasks, as directed by the CEO

  • You have years of previous experience managing an online casino and catering to Scandinavian players. To create an outstanding casino experience, it’s essential you deeply understand the perspective of the player.
  • Experience setting up structure, processes and communications for the casino product more or less from scratch. You know what makes a great player experience and have in-depth knowledge of the games, the features etc.
  • Demonstrate the difference between a good and bad promotion from a player’s perspective as well as the casino’s perspective. Through your previous experience in a similar role, you are aware of known pitfalls and how to avoid these.
