Job Description:

They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the recruitment team has adequate support to work efficiently.
 
The tasks of the successful candidate will include keeping the team’s candidates’ up-to-date and organizing their diaries – booking in phone calls and interviews. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing, working with little supervision and can work under pressure and multitask.
 
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s recruitment department.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist and support recruitment Manager
  • Handling inquiries
  • Maintaining administrative systems
  • Booking interviews
  • Formatting documentation
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails)
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Submit timely reports
 
Requirements:
 
  • Experience as an office administrator, office assistant would be preferred but not necessary
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
