Overview of the Role:
 
Our client is now looking for a Client Partner to further strengthen its operations in Malta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of their Service Delivery team as Client Partner for one of the leading marketplaces in Germany. You will be responsible for day-to-day communication with the client around contractual KPIs and operational matters, reporting and continuously suggest improvements in moderation rules and the website to improve the end-user experience. You will work very closely with Team Manager and will play an active part, together with Key Account Manager, in defining and driving the client development, medium and long term.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Build and extend positive relationships with the client
  • Consultative approach towards the client via:
    • Ongoing analysis of the key metrics related to service fulfillment and website trends
    • Creating and sharing insightful client reports on the regular basis
    • Providing actionable advices to the client in terms of moderation rules, policies, trust & safety trends and website on continuous basis
  • Handling client complaints in a proactive, professional and solution focused manner
  • Engage in internal delivery related work and work in close collaboration with Team Manager i.e. to understand the operational metrics and its impact on/by the internal work, develop action plans and gather necessary input for client reports
  • Understand the client´s needs, transfer this knowledge back into the different teams, identify new business opportunities and provide respective input to Key Account Manager and Product Development
  • Support Key Account Manager in developing new service proposals and contract renewals with the insights
  • Support Team Management in setting up and optimizing processes to fulfil the client’s needs and expectations
Requirements:
 
  • Demonstrated track record of successful client development, account management and/or sales
  • Demonstrated strong track record of problem-solving and developing effective solutions to address client issues/concerns
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • You are highly focused, accurate and detailed focused
  • You are business focus with the ability to balance client and company’s objectives
  • Fluent German and English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Moderation, social media and customer support knowledge is a plus
  • Industry knowledge is a plus 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapports
  • You have a can do it attitude, strongly motivated, passionate and reliable with high work ethic
  • You are flexible and open to new ideas
